RETURN POLICY

RETURN REQUESTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 10 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY TO [email protected]. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR NAME, ORDER NUMBER, AND RETURN ITEMS IN THE EMAIL. ONCE THE RETURN REQUEST IS OPENED, ITEMS MUST BE SHIPPED IMMEDIATELY.

TO BE ACCEPTED, THE ITEM(S) MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

– IN ORIGINAL CONDITION; UNWORN, UNALTERED, UNWASHED, AND UNDAMAGED.

– COMPLETE WITH ALL ACCESSORIES, SUCH AS STRAPS, LACES, LOGOS, ETC.

– WITH ORIGINAL TAGS.

– ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.

REFUNDS

PLEASE NOTE THAT REFUNDS MAY TAKE UP TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS TO REACH YOUR ACCOUNT.

THE REFUND WILL BE ISSUED TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD. THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING FEE AND ANY INCURRED TAXES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR FINAL REFUND AMOUNT.

EXCHANGES

IF YOU WISH TO EXCHANGE A PRODUCT FOR ANOTHER, PLEASE PROVIDE DETAILS OF THE RETURNED ITEMS (SIZE, COLOR, ETC.) AND THE ITEMS YOU ARE REQUESTING IN EXCHANGE TO [email protected]. THE SHIPPING COST WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.

THE EXCHANGED PRODUCT WILL BE SHIPPED ONCE THE CONDITION OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASED PRODUCT HAS BEEN VERIFIED. THE CONDITIONS ARE AS MENTIONED IN POINT 1 OF THIS DOCUMENT.
